Responding to the psycho-social needs of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Intersex (LGBTI) community

The research programme is aimed at increasing knowledge about factors affecting LGBTI people in order to influence programming policies.  We are undertake mixed  methods study to understand the HIV prevention needs in two Southern African countries (South African and Namibia) to inform the development of dyadic interventions aimed at MSM (men who have sex with men) partnerships.

Strategic Objective:

To create the awareness and sensitization of challenges LGBTI’s in distress have, as well as further explore emerging social and economic conditions that affect the lives of LGBTI people.
